Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments and therapeutic treatments to pediatric students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
* Consult and collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language deficits
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' need for services or need of dismissal from services
* Participate in the IEP process to develop present levels of performance, goals, and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for speech therapy services
* Provide speech therapy sessions using current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
* Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA's code of ethics
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
* Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
* Current license to practice in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure through completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year
* Ongoing continuing education and professional development
