Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to facilitate return home or next level of care
  • Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, including physicians, case managers, nurses, and social workers
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
