- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues through regular site visits and effective communication with maintenance team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs to track equipment performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the maintenance team, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- At least three years of maintenance experience, preferably with welding skills and experience in repairing metal processing equipment, heavy machinery, and trucks.
