Job Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Client-Facing Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join our esteemed client in beautiful Lahaina, Maui.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs in this unique island setting.
  • Drive growth within a thriving $1.5 million book of business by identifying and closing enhancement opportunities tailored to Maui's landscape.
  • Proactively ensure client satisfaction to maximize retention in a close-knit community.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and keep clients informed.
  • Analyze Maui's unique environment, trends, and competitive landscape for strategic advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven success in commercial landscape account management.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial landscaping services and familiarity with island environments.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Independent yet team-oriented.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields preferred.
