Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients regain their functional abilities and independence. This will involve conducting comprehensive evaluations, creating customized therapy programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' strengths and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
