Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond in St. James, NY.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. As a member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
- Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
