Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond in St. James, NY.
Job SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents. This includes administering medications, treating wounds and bedsores, and monitoring vital signs.
Responsibilities- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
- Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
- Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
