Job Overview
A prominent player in the financial technology sector is in search of a Senior Java Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience to become a vital part of its forward-thinking Engineering team.

Join a vibrant and fast-paced environment focused on developing cutting-edge financial technology solutions. This role encompasses a mix of new software development, enhancements to existing systems, and ongoing support. A creative approach to crafting stable and elegant solutions is essential. This position requires onsite presence five days a week, with a competitive pay rate of $70 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance applications utilizing Java and the WebFlux reactive programming framework.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure uniform and efficient design patterns.
- Enhance application robustness and stability by applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) best practices.
- Implement and manage Spring JPA for effective database interactions.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers.
- Review code and offer constructive feedback to uphold quality and maintainability.
- Continuously explore, assess, and adopt new technologies to optimize development efficiency.

Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development (versions 8 and 11).
