Performs tasks associated with activities of daily living, including assisting with nutrition and hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning devices, restraints, and restorative care.
Responsibilities:- Performs tasks associated with activities of daily living, including assisting with nutrition and hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning devices, restraints, and restorative care.
- Performs tasks associated with technical skills, including pyloric, jejunostomy, gastrostomy tube feedings, warm and cold therapies, and finger stick capillary blood testing.
- Helps patients with their basic needs, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Performs clerical duties, including routing patient reports as appropriate, and uses organizational skills to keep the unit running smoothly.
- CNA certification and CNA2 endorsement verified by the OSBN.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
- Audiometry and vision training or have a certificate from CHDP preferred.
