Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team as a PRN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with medical providers and the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
