About the Role

Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking a skilled Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including commercial and industrial end-users, electrical contractors, and resellers
  • Provide technical and commercial solutions to customers, including proposing transformer solutions for their projects or applications
  • React to customer requests in a timely manner, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Proactively follow up with existing clients and maintain communication with industry contacts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the industrial or commercial sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Technical knowledge of electrical transformers and related equipment
  • Ability to travel as needed
