KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare banquet areas with linens, service items, and glassware as per guidelines
  • Welcome guests and participate in pre-event meetings to understand event specifics
  • Serve food and drinks in accordance with the Supervisor's directives
  • Follow all State, Federal, and Corporate policies regarding alcohol service
  • Reorganize banquet areas for subsequent events after completion
  • Support colleagues and uphold a professional demeanor
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Fundamental understanding of food and beverage service
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. and manage beverage equipment
