About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a Pulmonary Medical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a pulmonary care setting.
