Clinical Nurse Specialist

Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pulmonology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient education and health promotion activities to empower patients and their families to manage their health.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in pulmonary care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
