As a Registered Dietitian at Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc., you will play a vital role in enhancing the nutritional well-being of our residents. Your expertise will ensure that seniors receive appetizing and nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the procurement of food and supplies while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Provide expert guidance on diet planning, menu development, and the preparation of both standard and therapeutic diets.
- Ensure that all meals are not only nutritious but also appealing and prepared in a timely manner, following established menus and dietary orders.
- Conduct interviews with residents and their families to gather essential dietary histories.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of dietary information in clinical records.
- Participate in regular meetings, including interdisciplinary care plan discussions and department head conferences.
- Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Serve Safe certification is required.
- Preferred experience: 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
