Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Saint-Gobain. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing techniques to drive efficiency and productivity.

• Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste and improve cycle times
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
• Conduct data-driven analysis to inform decision-making and drive results
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production operations

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and lean manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results
