Job Overview

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of a Recreational Vehicle Transport Operator. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for traveling across the country to support our dealership's operations. Your primary tasks will involve retrieving vehicles for the company, facilitating inventory transfers between locations, and occasionally delivering to customers.

As part of a vibrant team of over 450 enthusiastic professionals, you will contribute to our mission of helping families enjoy camping and boating experiences. If you take pride in your driving skills and are comfortable handling large vehicles, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate RVs and motorhomes as directed.
  • Tow various recreational vehicles, including trailers and toy haulers, as needed.
  • Be prepared to travel by air or vehicle to various locations across the United States to collect inventory.
  • Cover travel expenses such as fuel, airfare, accommodations, and meals, with reimbursement provided on a per-trip basis.
  • Utilize company vehicles, which are insured by the company.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Must have a DOT medical certificate.
  • CDL License is preferred.
  • Previous experience with trucks, flatbeds, or Class A vehicles is advantageous.
  • Experience in transport roles is a plus.
  • Willingness to comply with DOT regulations.
Compensation Details
  • Compensation is set at $0.35 per mile.
  • Payments are issued on a semi-monthly schedule.
  • Pay varies based on trip specifics, including distance traveled and waiting times.
Work Schedule
  • The work schedule is flexible and will be determined on an as-needed basis.
  • Hours are adaptable to meet operational demands.
