- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- 3 years of experience in automation or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in automation, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of automation equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming concepts, computer network technology, HMI, Servo & Frequency Drives, Control Net, Device Net, and Ethernet.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and electrical schematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and guide others.
