  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • 3 years of experience in automation or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in automation, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of automation equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of PLC programming concepts, computer network technology, HMI, Servo & Frequency Drives, Control Net, Device Net, and Ethernet.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and electrical schematics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and guide others.
