Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team in Gillett, WI or Oconto Falls, WI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse needs, promoting their growth, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Encourage participation in community activities, hobbies, and interests
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-advocacy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
