Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and providing them with customized, white-glove experiences. You will be the face and voice of AT&T, and will have the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at the time and place that enhances the personalized sales interactions you create.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals by offering hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
- Generate leads and manage sales targets.
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make a smooth pivot and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and utilize the company-provided vehicle.
- Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Utilize required PPE and adhere to all safety measures.
