Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic therapeutic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Assist the RN and healthcare team to achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN school.
  • 2 years of LPN experience required.
  • BLS Certification (from the American Heart Association).
  • Eligible for licensing in the commonwealth of Virginia as a LPN.
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
