Aveanna Healthcare - Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Communicate with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems, concerns, and changes in client condition
Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
