About Us

Our servers earn $16.00 per hour (this is a tipped position subject to a $5.35 tip credit if applicable). Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide courteous, prompt service to our guests and ensure their satisfaction with every interaction.
  • To adhere to Emily's Steps of Service and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
  • To accurately enter guest orders into our POS system, Breadcrumb, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • To possess in-depth knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, making informed recommendations to guests.
  • To personalize the guest experience by understanding their needs and offering tailored suggestions to enhance their visit.
  • To communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, effectively to our culinary staff.
  • To perform opening and closing duties, ensuring seamless operations during service hours.
  • To maintain a clean and presentable work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • To exhibit a positive, outgoing demeanor during service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • To remain safety-conscious at all times, promoting the well-being of oneself, colleagues, and guests.
  • To adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation, demonstrating expertise in excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior related experience requiring strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
  • The ability to responsibly serve alcohol to restaurant guests, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing guest needs while maintaining a sense of calm under pressure.
  • A passion for hospitality and a love of the food and beverage industry, driving enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • The capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs., as well as frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting.
