Responsibilities and Expectations- Provide one-on-one support and training to participants in various aspects of life, including personal care, daily living skills, social skills, and health needs.
- Participate in regular meetings and updates with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress, including program data, incident reports, and health records.
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures regarding medication administration, emergency response, and other critical issues.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive, inclusive environment for all participants, staff, and stakeholders.
Estimated salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
