Position Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Associate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Differentiated Customer Service: Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential service issues
  • Focusing on the Customer: Give a warm and friendly greeting, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating additional items when needed
  • Cashier Duties: Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures
  • Sales Floor Operations: Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by store manager
  • Supporting Opening and Closing Store Activities: Assist with various tasks as needed, including maintaining the sales floor and ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: At least 16 years old
  • Physical Requirements: Remain upright on the feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform visual inspections involving small parts/details
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service settings
