We are currently in search of Electrical Supervisors to engage in dynamic construction projects within the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors. We provide long-term FIFO and DIDO roles with competitive salary packages, project completion bonuses, and additional site incentives.

There are multiple long-term projects and shutdowns available based on your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide workforce personnel.
  • Monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate performance and address any issues in accordance with company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with client representatives regarding project progress and issue resolution.
  • Plan and organize work to fulfill project requirements and enhance productivity.
  • Uphold site regulations and motivate the team to work safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to your crew.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical trade qualification.
  • Current WA Electrical License.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Supervisory experience in major oil & gas/mining/resources projects with top-tier contractors.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in developing and managing high-performance teams.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering quality work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages effectively.
  • A proactive and motivated individual who thrives under pressure.
