Personal Care LPN Position

Fairmount Homes, Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality services and care for older adults in rural Ephrata, PA.
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team in the role of Resident Assistant. As a key member of our caring staff, you will play a vital part in providing personalized care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address resident needs.
- Provide emotional support and empathy to residents and their families.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $29.60 - $32.00 per hour, plus a weekend shift differential of $1.25 per hour. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- CURRENT LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work throughout the facility and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
