About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Associate. As a key member of our Retail Team of Experts, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
