- Ensure seamless intercommunication between various communication platforms and services.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of unified communications systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Train end-users on the effective use of unified communications tools and platforms.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement optimizations and upgrades as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to unified communications and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams administration, including voice and video integration, channels, chat, and collaboration tools.
- Experience with Skype for Business, Jabber, Cisco CMS, VTC systems, Oracle SBCs, and other unified communications technologies.
- Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and security related to unified communications.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
