Role Summary:

The Program Manager I is tasked with providing effective and inclusive leadership, responsible for the development, planning, and execution of program improvements while ensuring adherence to KVC policies, local regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce adherence to the staff handbook and organizational policies.
  • Manage direct care personnel, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory reporting and worker's compensation protocols.
  • Guarantee the availability of necessary materials and supplies for quality care.
  • Lead program meetings and devise enhancements for client engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with KVC policies and external standards.
