Applicants should possess a minimum of two years in a managerial capacity or four years of direct care experience within a residential or psychiatric healthcare setting, or a combination of management and direct care experience totaling four years. Role Summary:
The Program Manager I is tasked with providing effective and inclusive leadership, responsible for the development, planning, and execution of program improvements while ensuring adherence to KVC policies, local regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit inclusive leadership and uphold respect for all employees and stakeholders.
- Engage in treatment planning and guarantee its execution.
- Ensure the integrity of client care and address essential needs.
- Collaborate with leadership for resource allocation.
- Facilitate adequate staffing through recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Evaluate and modify resources to maintain program stability and effectiveness.
- Maintain expertise in KVC systems and educational materials.
- Analyze staffing dynamics and proactively tackle challenges.
- Oversee documentation audits and compliance measures.
- Enforce adherence to the staff handbook and organizational policies.
- Manage direct care personnel, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory reporting and worker's compensation protocols.
- Guarantee the availability of necessary materials and supplies for quality care.
- Lead program meetings and devise enhancements for client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with KVC policies and external standards.
