Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' strengths and weaknesses to create personalized treatment plans, promoting optimal recovery and functional independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication.
- Develop and implement creative yet evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating various interventions such as Hand Therapy, functional training, and neurological rehabilitation.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, empowering them to achieve their goals and maintain long-term health.
JAG Physical Therapy is a reputable outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company with a strong presence in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Our care-first model of rehabilitation sets us apart, prioritizing patient-centered care and excellence in service delivery.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist and valid CPR certification.
- Experience with EMR software and excellent clinical decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
