Contingent HR Service Center Representative

Overview: Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Contingent HR Service Center Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
**Key Responsibilities**: Administers HR policies and procedures, resolves general issues related to HR processes and benefit programs, and provides prompt solutions to inquiries via telephone and email. Performs HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday and other applications as appropriate, and within established performance standards. Collaborates with other HR Service Center team members to resolve unique and complicated associate issues and to implement process and procedural improvements. Enters and documents all incoming inquiries in detail utilizing the case management system to ensure seamless transition from one representative to another.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: A High School diploma with two (2) years of experience in an HR administrative or customer support role in a high-volume work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and Kronos time and attendance systems are preferred. The role requires attention to detail and strong customer service experience, demonstrated decision making skills, excellent telephone communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension skills, and excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving abilities. Ability to organize and prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines, and effectively interact with various functional areas and Ministry Organizations.
**Benefits**: Competitive salary range: $18.46 - $27.70 per hour.
