As a vital representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Lead Restoration Specialist embodies the company’s commitment to customer service. This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and executing project activities to meet service demands and ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute production tasks as scheduled while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Enhance customer and client satisfaction, monitored through feedback and reviews.
- Clearly communicate expectations to restoration team members and supervise their tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of job files to support the services rendered.
- Manage labor and resource usage effectively on assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the restoration production manager and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations for workplace safety.
- Safeguard company assets by utilizing equipment and materials responsibly.
- Provide coaching and training to restoration team members.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (salary based on experience).
- IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work weekends on a rotational basis.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
- Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
