Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for training and supporting team members, managing daily operations, and promoting Club Car Wash's values through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Continuously train and support team members at varying experience levels to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations Management: Manage daily operations, including supervising team members, monitoring sales and customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements.
  • Customer Service: Grow membership volume and promote Club Car Wash's values through exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Leadership: Display a fresh and professional appearance at all times, and bring a welcoming and positive attitude to the workplace.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: A desire to grow your leadership skills and team building abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability: Open and flexible availability, with a minimum of 45 hours per week.
