The Mixer and Roaster within our production team is tasked with overseeing all facets of safe and effective operations on a food production line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with organizational safety regulations and protocols.
  • Operate roasting machinery to guarantee that the final product adheres to all quality standards.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment during transitions.
  • Examine roasting machinery prior to the commencement of production.
  • Keep precise records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and maintenance personnel to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in operating packaging machinery.
  • Understanding of manufacturing specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Familiarity with safety measures and equipment.
Essential Abilities:
  • Capable of problem-solving in collaboration with maintenance teams.
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer usage.

Work Environment:

  • Dynamic manufacturing setting requiring weekend shifts and potential overtime.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, concrete flooring, and elevated noise levels.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as necessary.
  • Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
