Production Mixer

The Mixer and Roaster on the production line is accountable for all facets of safe and effective operations within a food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with organizational safety regulations and protocols.
- Operate roasting machinery to guarantee that the final product adheres to all quality standards.
- Clean and disinfect equipment during transitions.
- Examine roasting machinery prior to the commencement of production.
- Keep precise records and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintenance personnel to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in operating packaging machinery.
- Understanding of manufacturing specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Familiarity with safety measures and equipment.
- Problem-solving capabilities in conjunction with maintenance teams.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Basic arithmetic and computer proficiency.
Work Environment:
- Dynamic manufacturing setting requiring weekend shifts and overtime.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, concrete surfaces, and elevated noise levels.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as required.
- Capability to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
