Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join their team in the Baltimore, MD area. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's products through Quality Control (QC) testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ELISA assays, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing, cell cultures, and other laboratory tests with precision and accuracy.

• Precisely pipette small sample volumes using a pipetter, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in developing and implementing updated SOP guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Perform various statistical analyses using programs such as SPSS and SAS, providing valuable insights for the organization.

• Update and maintain records in the data system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Perform routine laboratory maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience.

• Bachelor's of Science Degree (BS) in a related field is preferred. Associate's degree (AAS) is required.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: approximately $17.00 - $20.00 hourly, commensurate of experience.
