Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent service to clients in a call center environment, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on their financial situation.
  • Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals, as well as general account changes, in accordance with client instructions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial industry policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring accurate and compliant service delivery.
  • Collaborate with a team of associates to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher, and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience.
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
  • Capability to work overtime as required, based on business need.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Financial services or call center experience.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure.
  • Passion for providing quality customer service and a desire to engage with clients over the phone.
  • Capability to adapt communication style while servicing a diverse client base.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies, processes, and procedures.
Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum service level of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload to ensure the best voice quality.
  • Associates are required to connect their computers directly to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable to ensure consistent voice quality.
