- Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on their financial situation.
- Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals, as well as general account changes, in accordance with client instructions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial industry policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring accurate and compliant service delivery.
- Collaborate with a team of associates to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client experiences.
- Associate's degree or higher, and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
- Capability to work overtime as required, based on business need.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Financial services or call center experience.
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure.
- Passion for providing quality customer service and a desire to engage with clients over the phone.
- Capability to adapt communication style while servicing a diverse client base.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies, processes, and procedures.
- Minimum service level of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload to ensure the best voice quality.
- Associates are required to connect their computers directly to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable to ensure consistent voice quality.

The salary range for this position is $36,000 to $49,950.00 per year, with opportunities for bonus and sales incentives based on individual performance.
