About the RoleThis is a per diem / prn position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our patients and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
- Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information, ensuring the integrity of patient medical images and data.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
