Seeking qualified adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science, cybersecurity, and cyber engineering technology at Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology from a regionally accredited institution.
- 18 graduate hours in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology or a closely related field.
- Experience teaching undergraduates in a college/university setting.
- Lecture and computer-based laboratory teaching experience or related industry experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Broad training in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology and industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working towards or has earned Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Interest in active and collaborative learning, the instructional use of technology.
- Experience with non-traditional commuter university setting.
- Ability to work cooperatively with faculty and staff, ability to respond promptly to queries from students, faculty, and staff.
