Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health care.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of hire.
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to stand/walk most of the time on duty, with significant bending and stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance.
