Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health care.
- Current LPN license in the state of hire.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
- Ability to stand/walk most of the time on duty, with significant bending and stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance.
