Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical surgical units, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of nursing experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
