About the Role

r | Reuse is a leading provider of sustainable solutions for the events industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Box Truck Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Worker to join our team in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload cases of product from the box truck with precision and care.
  • Product Preparation: Sort and prepare dirty cups for washing, and inspect products for quality assurance.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Operate a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize cups.
  • Packing and Organization: Pack and organize clean products for delivery to customers, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning and cleanliness prior to delivery to customers.
  • Delivery and Pickup: Accompany the Operations Manager on deliveries and pickups, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  • Customer Service: Represent r | Reuse professionally during client interactions, and adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and operational checklists.
  • Route Optimization: Familiarize yourself with local routes and optimize delivery efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience operating a 26ft box truck or similar vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (commercial driver's license preferred).
  • Ability to drive safely in diverse weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
  • Strong commitment to safety standards and protocols.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in operating a pallet jack, ratchet straps, pallet wrap, and using GPS/routing systems.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate in a team environment.
