Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of salaried and hourly employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
