Maintenance Technician

The Crestview Housing Authority is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry and other skilled trades, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential issues and develop plans for maintenance and repair
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
