Job Summary
This role will be responsible for identifying and managing existing and emerging risks associated with business activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities
- Review, monitor, and test internal controls and procedures associated with products, services, customers, and operations
- Facilitate testing and identification of gaps to internal QA and business line processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks of errors

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and a proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in a similar role are required. In addition, the following skills are essential:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications

What We Offer
