Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Installation Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining complex electronic and electro-mechanical semiconductor capital equipment. Your strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills will be essential in resolving customer escalations and managing projects. Additionally, you will be required to develop action plans for problem resolution and present to internal and external customers. If you have a strong background in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and a mechanical base knowledge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and remedial repair maintenance on complex electronic and electro-mechanical semiconductor capital equipment
* Assist in customer escalations and manage projects
* Develop and implement action plans for problem resolution and present to internal and external customers
* Develop improvements for processes, hardware, and software for continuous improvement of equipment and business

Requirements:

* Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience through BSEE/ME degree, internships, work experience, military, or potentially hobbies
* Knowledge of mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics and how to apply them to equipment and troubleshooting
* Ability to travel for training 6-8 weeks
* Semiconductor equipment experience is highly preferred
