Fellows Creek Golf Club is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in administering all aspects of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the club in the absence of the General Manager
  • Assist in hiring, developing, and supervising key management employees
  • Produce daily reports related to rounds, sales, and other key performance indicators
  • Assist in coordinating banquets, weddings, and golf outings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to arriving guests
  • Assist in reconciling cash and accounts receivable charges
  • Oversee the care and maintenance of the club's physical assets and facilities
  • Assist in managing the Pro-Shop and Food & Beverage operation
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the golf and/or food & beverage industry
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Supervisory and staff development experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and POS systems
  • Working knowledge of club accounting
  • Strong business aptitude and exceptional customer service skills
