Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations and staff, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and store performance.
  • Cultivate and nurture healthy business relationships with customers, banks, financial institutions, and factory representatives.
  • Coach and train sales staff, strengthening the team and store morale.
  • Identify and provide sales and financing solutions for customers.
  • Monitor store customer satisfaction rates and ensure utmost satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with customers and management at the store level.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience in Automotive, Powersports, or the RV industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and serve by example.
