About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate technical quotes for special customer requests.
  • Create custom designs or modify standard designs to satisfy specific customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Offer customer support, including phone support and on-site visits, to resolve field application and installation issues.
  • Visit customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform other duties as required by the client.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in product development.
  • Experience with Inventor and Sheet Metal Fabrication is preferred.
  • Experience with structural analysis is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. This is a direct hire opportunity with a prominent client in the industry.
